Jennifer Beall Saxton started Tot Squad, a cleaning, installation, and repair service for baby-related equipment in 2010. Saxton had no children at the time. Instead, she was a business student at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. But she dreamt of Tot Squad becoming the “Geek Squad for the baby industry.”
