Tot Squad was founded in 2010 by Jen Beall Saxton, entrepreneur, mom, and longtime advocate for helping families access the support they need during some of life's biggest transitions. After building and scaling multiple businesses serving parents, Jen saw firsthand how difficult it can be for families to find trusted support—and how often parents are left to navigate pregnancy and early parenthood on their own.
That insight inspired Tot Squad. Over the past 15+ years, Jen has built companies, raised funding, launched innovative services for parents, and helped create entirely new categories within the parenting industry. Her work has been featured by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and many others.
Today, Jen leads Tot Squad's mission to ensure every first-time parent has access to the guidance, services, and support they need—from pregnancy through early parenthood.
Jen lives in Los Angeles with her husband Kern, daughters Charlotte and Sophie, and their beloved bichon frise, Jackson.
Jen's vision: "Parenthood shouldn't feel like a solo mission. Our goal is to help every parent build their own squad of support—from pregnancy to playground."
