Tot Squad's Continued Commitment to Safety

For the last decade, Tot Squad’s top priority has been safety. With the ever-changing news of the spread of coronavirus, we know this is a delicate time for everyone and we want you to know that we are here for you.

We know that babies don’t stop being born, and parents like you still need Tot Squad -- especially now. We remain your partner in preparing safely for new additions and in taking care of your little ones.

You may have already read that, earlier in 2020, Tot Squad sold its cleaning business to BabyQuip. You can read all about it here. As part of that transition, Tot Squad no longer cleans or repairs baby gear.

Tot Squad is now a digital marketplace to connect families with services and support across a large breadth of categories, from lactation to car seat safety to doulas and infant nutrition, with more categories being added regularly.

As you explore the new Tot Squad know that as part of our ongoing commitment to support families we offer virtual and in person appointments.

Our virtual service offerings in all categories ensure that your family and our providers are following socially-distant practices, while still delivering the support you need. We have recently restarted our in-person service appointments, and ask that you adhere to your local safety guidelines. .

The safety of our clients and our team remains our top priority at Tot Squad. If you have questions about our services and safety initiatives, we want to hear from you. Contact us here to get in touch.

Take care,

Jen, Founder and CEO, Tot Squad
